I made an appointment for an express oil change only, and waited in the lounge. I was quoted an hour fifteen for the work, and it took an hour forty-five. This is an unacceptable amount of wait time for express oil change, and the estimate was not accurate.

I’m not satisfied that your tire department gave me excellent service. I’ve had another tire dealer look at the two tires your company rebalanced and they said those tires have a defect in them. I would like someone to contact me about this problem. Regards Steve Krisel

Jessica was absolutely horrible as a service provider. All she cared about was getting me to schedule to have expensive repairs done. She poorly communicated why my AC was blowing hot again after one month of paying you all to fix my AC. However, she represented what your goal is...to take people's money and do poor quality work that makes them have to return to pay you to fix what you did wrong.
