I appreciate the efforts Honda of Concord made to address my airbag issue. Although the warranty did not apparently cover the malfunction, the local staff made an extended effort and waived all inspection charges.

My consultant was great, very nice and timely. However I was disappointed in the price and the process. I previously owned a Kia Sorrento their customer service reps would walk personally to my car to help me, walk me inside to go over the service my car needed. They made sure our car was washed, floor mats were vacuumed and driven back to where we we dropped it off. I paid much less and received a better service. I have to say I was surprised by this since I thought all Hendrick dealerships had the same processes in place. I was also confused when I was asked if I had prepaid for my oil change. He further explained I could have purchased oil changes in advance to save money. This was never offered to me when I purchased my vehicle nor was it explained to me how I could still purchase them in the future. Again very disappointing.
