I don't need anyone to contact me. Our car had a recall. When the work was done, they forgot to install a part. I called immediately and left a message for our service writer, Will, but he never returned my call. I called the next day and was told to drop by and they would take care of it. Instead, when we arrived, the part was not there and had to be ordered. The part should have been checked to see if it was in stock.before we were asked to come in. We were told to come back Thursday. When we arrived Thursday, we were told the part wasn't in. The next day we called and the part still wasn't in. Some days later I called and the part was in but I had to wait 4 days for an appointment. We had to wait an hour for a snap in part to be installed. A simple recall required over 2 weeks, 5 phone calls, 4 trips to the dealership and approximately 3 hours of wait time.
Isaac was phenomenal, he was very knowledgeable and understood and satisfied all my questions about my vehicle. He deserves a raise or even promotion.
Very personable and professional in regards to my service needs, kelp keep me informed of the time frame that my car would be available.
The gentleman who helped me get my airbags replaced due to a recall, was very kind and helpful! I was in and out in no time! Even got a shuttle ride to work! Awesome experience!

Daniel was a great help to us today, we didnt realize the shuttles weren’t equipped with child safety seats and our car was already in for service. WHe offered to go get the seat for us but we were on a tight schedule so we opted to stay. He made sure that we were aware of the waiting room for kids, which made my daughter pleased.
I felt that I paid for a patch that was unnecessary. How could I gat another nail in the same tire? If you check your records you will see that I probably drive less than 300 miles between visits. I think that the nail was in the tire when they patched it. I do not think that my tire was ever patchable. I hate to feel this way, but I really didn't do any driving. Only to church a couple of times and that is strictly highway driving
An hour and forty minutes for an express oil change with an appointment is totally unacceptable.

Dash lights were doing the same thing on the way home. White area were dark and dark areas were white. Window weather strips were not ordered or replaced.
Nothing was fixed and dash was damaged. Very disappointed in the service that was not done. Had my car all day for nothing.
Jessica was great. She made sure that my car was taken care of quickly because I had my 3 young children with me and there were no rentals available. She also had them bring my van into the service reception area, so that it would be easier for me to load up my children. The popcorn, play area, and water were a big hit with the kids.
