Hi, I talked with the service manger and my provider. Communication from those that answer the phone need to be correct. I took my car to my appointment at 11:40 am. By 1:48 had not heard anything regarding the car. I called and was told someone would call me back. At 2:45 I called back and was told he was not available again. I explained I needed my car and did not receive an update. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived about 25 mins later and was told I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes. Not only was this unfair, yes I was offered a rental but with the long process it would still be inconvenient. It would have been nice to receive something for the time I waited (my oil change added back , an additional car wash for another day, something car related).

In spite that I was previously charged at my first oil change when I wasn't. Jasmin was a wonderful help my second time there. She kept track of my cars progress and informed me as soon as she found out. Thank you for providing an excellent customer experience.

I dropped my vehicle off at 8:40 am I didn’t get my car back until 5pm that is absolutely ridiculous, the advisors didn’t answer my calls or text. I think that it’s ridiculous when everyone else was out before me and my car was there the earliest. It was the worst experience full of confusion and the advisors never want to actually look at myvtwo warranties. They also lie straight to your face about what’s wrong with your car I know this because I went to a different mechanic and was told different. You’re not honest mechanics or even an ahonest business and I see why people even with warranties chose to go to a mechanics because atleast they’ll be honest

Service was great. Your waiting area is comfortable and good for working while waiting. The challenge is you’re so busy it takes days to get an appointment.
