Upon careful examination, there's damage and the part is not flushed. I will be bringing it back in tomorrow... Very disappointed...

I called back after my original appointment set up to add on an oil change, Daniel told me that would be no problem and that it was added onto my appt. My
Father dropped off the car and told the man he gave the keys too that it was there for an oil change and to look at the AC. My AC was fixed, but no oil change done. I am a working mom and have little time to be get things like this completed. I was hoping to have this all taken care of today as we leave for a beach trip next week. So I was a tad disappointed that it was not handled today to say the least.

Will was fantastic! He made sure to keep me up to date with the status of my car as well as kept me in the loop on what future maintenance recommendations will be needed for my CRV. He is very professional and takes great care in providing a great guest (customer) experience.
She was Not very friendly. Getting my estimate on the repair was quick and that I appreciated that. But the service manager I had was not friendly at all. This is 2nd time I’ve had an experience that was short/direct. It’s nice to be greeted with a smile. Also waited outside the bay doors in my car for almost 10 mins before able to drive in then waited again. Same thing happened at Toyota next door recently and they came out very quickly and started my visit there instead of making me wait outside with no greeting.

Service was fast and good quality from what I can tell, but felt a bit let down by the vehicle report card which was blank on the right side (brakes and tires).
Mr. Lumpkin was great, friendly and extremely helpful and the wait time was quick.
