My vehicle was checked in and taken to be serviced in a very timely manner. I loved the text message updates and of course, the free car wash. I am new to the Honda family and so far, my expectations have been met regarding great customer service!

My experience was good because they finally diagnosed my wheels and said that I need brakes. I bring my car to the dealership regularly and I don’t understand how my front brakes are in the red and my rotors need to be resurfaced. Undoubtedly they have not looked at my brakes at any of my many visits because I didn’t get any notice that my brakes were wearing down. I am very upset about this. Look back at my previous services and you will see that this should have been diagnosed before my brakes got to this point.
