When I arrived, I waited a fewminutes for someone to approach me. There were a few service people sitting at their desks, some helping other people, some did not appear occupied. After waiting sometime, Shacoya came out of no where and took me to the other side and helped me. I love having Shacoya as my service rep. She makes me feel like a part of the family rather than just a customer.
When picking up vehicle she was very unfriendly. Didn’t offer the free car wash and never had to sigh for my vehicle. This was unusual service differs from what we have received in the past.
Brad was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service.
Bert was great but I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 12:40PM and didn't get back my car until 2:30PM. Please do not call me.
The customer service I received was subpar.
1) I'm having this steering problem going on for last one and half year. This needed changing steering fluid pump twice.
2) the service advisor was a more than happy to prove how the steering pump which changed last year is out of warranty and didn't even willing to see something or other is going on steering wheel for one and half year without resolution and me spending close to $2000.
3) today I dropped car @11 and he called me at @2:00pm telling pump is leaking and gave me quote. I again tried to explain this issue going on for one and half year. He again was happy to explain how pump failure is out of warranty and how he can help me by giving $100 discount to get it fixed today. I got it fixed
4) I was told @3:37pm that the car is ready to pick up.
5) my car was fitted with re-manufactured pump for discount of $100! The reason dealershipdid nit gave part in stock!
6) I was told the car failed state inspection! Reason check engine came in inspection! I asked why I was not told before, answer I get Hendricks Honda service did not have time to fix it. That's insane that advisor hiding info from me because he thought they could not fix issue.
7) while going through paperwork at home I notice the steering pump flush was also recommended. Again it came as a surprise the freaking steering problem which made me spend on expensive pump but didn't find necessary to inform steering flush also needed. Although the advisor had made point while leaving that I should have flushed steering oil when it happened steering issue first time in last year.

Came in for my first service and had another issue I wanted investigated. Jeremy was very professional and actually listened to my concern and relayed it to the tech in such a way that it made it easily diagnosed and resolved. Overall a much better service experience than some of the other times I’ve been in.
