I was very disappointed with Rodrigo’s lack of interest in helping me resolve my issue. I am currently having an issue with the auto lock on my Civic. I did not appreciate Rodrigo’s lacks initiative and poor customer service skills. When the problem was not able to be replicated by the technician he failed to offer other suggestions and suggested we make our peace with it. He didn’t ask other questions to pinpoint the problem. His demeanor showed minimal interest in helping me. Something I’ve never experienced with any of the other staff members at Honda of Concord. The staff has always made me feel valued and appreciated. Rodrigo made me feel that I was bothering him.

Still having a problem with the passenger side sliding door not closing. My wife was told yesterday there was nothing that could be done and we would have to deal with this issue until they figure out what the problem is.
