The carpets and seats looked very good. But the other interior such as the dash and stuff weren't as expected. We were also told (and we also had asked) about "the new car scent" that usually comes with car detailing wasn't included. We expected the interior to be done better than it was. But overall we we're pleased.
I am very disappointed. We had to take the car back up there yesterday evening and was told there was cupping on the rotated tires. No one mentioned this at all when the car was finished. It now has a loud humming noise from tires as you accelerate. The tire rims are filthy. I have pictures. The car was just washed and they were not dirty at all upon arrival. I am shocked at the lack of customer service. The service manager on duty last night was very kind and promised to follow up and credit a tire rotation but I need a call back today at ****-****-xxxx
Great customer service from Shacoya - extremely friendly and helpful - I had assistance from Damien Boomer as I needed to have service without an early appointment- he immediately helped in responding to my request and had me contact Shacoya Richardson who was fantastic

Well I had a great experience with Shacoya in the service bay. But mechanics not so much. Didn’t change my tires ( they forgot ) forgot tondeatil one of my cars so we just canceled the wash due to running out of time. Had to come back twice to get my tires rotated. Over not satisfied with the service of working on my cars. Shacoya in the service department took care of the situation.
