I called Honda Cars of Concord & spoke to Russ who manages the service Dept. I felt very compelled to forward my appreciation on the amazing service that Jeremy provides. He is superb at what he does and it did not go unnoticed by me. He, byfar exceeds any form of car service Ive had in my 40 years of being a car owner.
The person driving the car from the garage to the lot should not be moving the seat. Not all seats are programmable and it’s very irritating when you request this and it still happens.
Bret was amazing! Very friendly, joked with me during my two hour service at Honda of Concord. Described what the vehicle needed and checked on me during my long visit! The Outcome of my vehicles work and service was fantastic! Thanks to all!
