I was very satisfied with Nikki. However, I brought my car back in today to get an oil leak repaired from my oil change appt. On Thursday at 4:30 and had to wait an hour to get a drain plug tightened. I feel that since it was your error I shouldn't have had to wait that long as I had waited for an hour on Thursday when I got my oil changed. I also didn't like the fact that a service technician didn't come out and speak to me about the leak and what was done to fix it.

I went for a break vibration + notice issue , it was not resolved at first time , I went 3 times to fix it , finally after 3rd time issue was resolved

Bert was awesome however the labor department messed up my dash. It does not open or close properly anymore and I would like it fixed. I called left a message last night and have not received a call back
