Awesome! Didn’t take super long as I thought. Everyone was patient and yet effective! Only thing... I REALLY thought they were going to clean my car for me. Ahahaha but I love Honda of Concord!!

Arrived with a dead car battery without an appt an hour before closing and they were able to fit me in, test my battery, and install a new one. Very happy with the service!

My first visit to Honda of Concord was awful. I spoke with Russ, who made me feel better and scheduled a time for me to bring my car in and told me to ask for Larry when I came. I got strep, so my husband took my car instead, just to get told Russ had in fact NOT made me an appointment. He also told me that when he asked for Larry the woman he spoke to was rude and was hesitant to get Larry. We will NEVER return. Not to mention an oil change for $50?! Outrageous. I will continue my business with Gerry Wood.
