My service rep was very friendly and excited to serve. The service was on time and I appreciated the fact that they pulled my car inside from the pouring rain.

My wife picked up vehicle and said it stil the same. I was sent text saying they had code I believe 22288 however there were o engine lights present. Since leaving dealership she is unable to remove key. We have never had a problem until after put in your shop. She will be coming back there tomorrow.

I am not happy with the service. I had TPMS light ON .When I went change oil change and tire toration.. They have charged 30 dollar to fix the puncture ..30 dollar to fix puncture is too much. I will not come again to Honda of concord for any service..

My car was required to be towed to Honda of Concord using my Hendrick warranty and nothing was able to be fixed. I spoke with Jennifer Baker, the salesperson who sold me the car as well as the customer service representative with Hendrick warranty and they both confirmed my car had to come to the dealership where I purchased it since it was located within 40 miles of the dealership. I was forced to pay for an additional out of pocket towing expense to a GM dealership. My warranty would not cover for a second tow within one week of the first unnecessary one. I am dissatisfied with the misdirection I received from all parties involved.

Bert was very responsive to my situation of having a screw in my front tire. Completed service in timely manner and promptly notified me when I could come pick it up. Provided all documentation upon my arrival and showed me where my car was parked. Outstanding!
