Rodrigo helped me when i arrived at the location and he did a good job helping me. I wasn't happy that it took someone 10 mins to acknowledge me waiting next to my car and when another driver pulled in as soon as he stepped out someone spoke o him immediately. Someone could have just said that someone would be right with me by multiple people walked past without saying anything. It make me feel unappreciated and like you did not need my business. And I also wasn't happy about the overall wait time. I believe it might have been hour and half for just an oil change and inspection which I know both do not take that long.
