Jeremy was courteous, professional and extremely helpful! He made sure that I got every aspect of warranty service I had coming to me. He also went out of his way to fully explain why I might be having so much trouble with my Honda car batteries. In all honesty, I now have more confidence in Jeremy than I do my new Honda batteries.

Daniel was excellent. Honda was horrible. They took 5 days to make a decision to repair a recall for the second time. None of which was my fault. Again Daniel couldn’t ha d been any better. I’m not happy with Honda. No one should have to convince you to do the right thing. This has been so emotionally draining.
