I don’t think waiting an hour and forty minutes is an acceptable time to wait for an oil change. I had an Appointment and arrived at 10:50 AM and didn’t leave until 12:30 PM. Had to go back to get the sticker for my windshield that shows when my next oil change is due. I’m very disappointed with the service.

Service consultant Issac was great. The service report I was given after getting my car looked at was very disappointing. $880 bill for a oil pan replacement when I didn't even know I had a leak. Just got an oil change in July.

I had a 10:30 appt for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 10 am. It was approx 12:10 before my vehicle was ready. I was treated graciously but I cannot say excellent service because of the time it took for the service rendered. One hour and 40 minutes seems excessive. If that is normal then my service would be excellent.
