During my visit I was helped by Bert Lumpkin. He was very polite and professional and I appreciated his attention to detail when explaining about today’s service. Even little things like letting me know what was taking place on his computer as to not just leave me standing there in silence was greatly appreciated. I felt very welcomed.

My service was very good this was the first time our head to be there myself my husband has passed away so it got me to do everything myself so Jennifer made it quick and easy for me and they also offered a shuttle which I love so I didn’t have to stay there and wait for my car so they took me to the mall shopping which was amazing and they pick me up and brought me back I will definitely tell my friends about Honda thank you so much

The overall experience was odd. No service advisor greeted me when I arrived at the service center so I had to try and find out who was the person I was supposed to meet. I also felt the service advisor was patronizing me when I expressed my concern about oil dilution (if there is no problem, then why did Honda extend the warranty on the vehicle?) Also, the service advisor called me near the end of the shift (7:00p) and offered to text me the name of a person that would be calling me the next day to inform me about the status of the service being provided... I never received such text. Lastly, when I picked up my vehicle the next day, I had to go grab it from the parking lot and had to take it to the complimentary car wash booth myself... my experience with other Honda, Acura, and Toyota dealers (in Virginia) is that the vehicle is brought to me already washed. This is my first experience with a dealership in NC and it wasn't good.
