Jessica was great at helping me with my service appointment today. She was able to keep me informed about my car’s status and she even went back to key my glasses for me when I forgot to grabbed them. I appreciated her help greatly today because me car got a complete tube that it has been needing. I also appreciated her letting me know the cost of the services prior to proceeding with the service. It Helped me make an inform decision on all the services I had today.

Checking in was good. No problem. But I had to wait to check out. Several reps were at lunch. Another customer came in after me and was helped first even after I mentioned this to another person helping customers.
