The people were definitely nice and friendly. I just felt I was there for a really long time for an oil change. It was 2:10 when he took my keys and told me to wait in the waiting room and I finally got in my car at 3:43. The guy who helped me was kind and had great manners I know it’s not his fault. I know there was other people waiting too but it shouldn’t take an hour and a half for an oil change.
He was extremely helpful! Provided help with understanding future service suggestions. Very kind and friendly.

Will was very professional yet pleasant and eager to get me in and out as quick as possible. He ad some not so pleasant news, my car didn’t pass the state inspection. He gave me all the information I needed to correct the problem. Overall, it was a good experience.
