My service experience was amazing
Since the beginning of my interactions with Honda of Concord and Honda Corporate, my issues have been treated with an attitude of patronization and dismissal. In the beginning, it was Honda corporate that used some broadly generalized disclaimer to excuse the issue that I had and avoid taking responsibility for it. Now it is Honda of Concord that is using another broadly generalized dismissal to tell me that the issue that I am having with the Honda sensing suite of tech is not their responsibility, but it is simply not designed to work under those conditions. These conditions, might I add, are ones that are specifically advertised as a basic function of the system, specifically the radar adaptive cruise control. My first experience with Honda Corporate cemented my resolve to never buy another new Honda again. This experience with Honda of Concord has created a resolve to never use (once my warranty expires or I sell the vehicle) or recommend this establishment to anyone I know. Let me clarify that this in no way reflects my opinion of the service advisors that I have encountered and dealt with and that they have done their due diligence and have always been respectful. It is rather with the general environment and culture that managers and decision makers exhibit towards issues and their attitude of patronizing or dismissing problems because of the responsibility that may come with recognition of such problems. Plainly and simply, I have had too many issues to be confident in Honda of Concord and their ability to resolve issues that I have with my vehicle. It is a thorough disappointment to feel that you have been ignored and dismissed repeatedly. A company that cannot, or won’t, properly seek a reasonable solution for an issue neither deserves my business or respect.
Service employee asked if I wanted an alignment down to my accord and I said “no I’ll pass”. When I go to check out after the service they had down the alignment and I ended up having to pay for something I did not want completed on my car. Husband will be talking with the manager on Monday.
