My service provider was efficient and very thorough. He went over the recommended repairs and made the whole process very easy. I waited for my car and within 2 hours they found the source of my problem, offered a solution, ordered the necessary part for the repair, and then I was on my way. Very quick and easy process.

Was NOT pleased on the time it took from me bringing car thru service bay and being greeted. It was 5.5 mins before someone even acknowledged I was standing there. Several ppl just looked at me and walked right on by. I think that even tho they are helping another, they should at least acknowledge another. That's was customer service is all about.
