Shacoya Richardson went above and beyond in fitting my car into the busy service schedule and repairing my engine in a timely fashion. She kept me updated throughout the process and made me feel like a valued customer. She is a treasure.

Isaac was attentive and professional. The check in process, which was no fault of Isaac, was rather slow this visit. I waited by my car for about 10 minutes before being helped. Isaac was the only service advisor to acknowledge me while I was waiting, assuring me someone would help me soon. I would trust Isaac in the future as our service advisor.

Less than 7000 miles and sounds like a car with 200,000 miles. Ready to trade it in already. Very frustrating
Bert was very pleasant. He kept me up-to-date on all my repairs. He checked all the things that need to be checked out. He gave me excellent advice he was very professional I appreciate his service very much
service was great, wait time was quicker than expected, staff very friendly and accommodating. only thing i was not happy about was the finger prints left all over the car. regardless, i’ll be back for the next one in 5k miles!!
