You changed the oil and completed a recall with the airbag, It took you from my appt. time of 12:00 until 3:30. This seems a bit long to me. My SA Holtzclaw gets an excellent from me though.

Brought in vehicle primarily to have the lane assist recalibrated
And was told upon arrival that they were unable to do
The recalibration due to the rain...well ok, however, I should have been
Advised so as to schedule Appnt on another day.
1.5 hour driving time...total waste of time
