I've been here numerous times and each and every time I am impressed with the customer service. We had out car serviced here on 10/19 and a 'hats-off' to the service manager (David Ittoop, who each and every time has provided us with the very best service we have ever received in any place we have ever been to - and that includes New York ... where we are from), and Lilly - who provided transportation to and from the mall while our car was being worked on. The customer service and quality of service received is simply OUTSTANDING and Honda of Concord can be used as a model of what service should be like in all places. to say I am impressed is an understatement. Parts of this review have been used in my Google and Yelp reviews as well. Thank you, once again :)

David Itoop went out of his way to accommodate me. And when the car was not ready within the 4-day allotted time slot As predicted, Hendrick lent me a minivan for a day to take my handicapped mother to her doctor's appointment. Once again, David and Hendrick both came through beautifully! I'm so grateful for them both!
