Daniel was very professional & strives to make sure I was happy even though it took multiple trips back to the service dept to finally correct the problem with my rain sensor wiper on my 2017 Accord. As always I’m please with the service that Honda of Concord gave me. Just wish it didn’t take so many trips to get it fixed seeing I live 30+ miles away. Even with that issue I’d still give them a 4.5 out of 5 for satisfaction because they did everything they could to get me done even giving me a free loaner/rental car. Even though the car was way more uncomfortable than my Accord it was greatly appreciated & what needed to be done to ensure my car would finally be fixed correctly.
