Isaac is awesome. He thoroughly explains everything in a non-condescending and knowledgeable manner. Due to our prior experiences, we had planned to take our car to be serviced at another Honda dealership after our prepaid services expired. Before our contract expired, we happened to be assigned to Isaac and were very impressed with his service. The best we had had since buying our 2016 Pilot. Our Pilot has been a disappointment, but Isaac's pleasant demeanor and helpfulness has made it less frustrating.

Willam did a great job in Aissiting me on my car. He was friendly and offer the best manaintance for my car. I couldn’t be more happier.
Very unprofessional and when asked about a corncern after my car was fixed, he told me there was nothing he could and didn’t care to see if there was anything he could do.
Daniel took good care of me & the other two people that all ended up at his desk at the same time this afternoon.... I was disappointed that everyone else in the service center seemed to preoccupied to even acknowledge me standing outside of my car but as soon as Daniel walked in, he acknowledged me, apologized for any wait, & found my appointment in seconds all while making sure the other two people got their paperwork. He also kept me updated through text & phone call.
