Would be nice to vacuum the car and it also took almost 4 hours for oil change, new wipers, and check the Bluetooth

I waited for approximately 2 1/2 hours with no updates from the service advisor. After I checked in via text from the waiting room, I was told he would “check with the technician.” I asked him to have the oil change completed and to let me have my car back. I don’t know if my other concerns were looked into at all but I knew that I had no more time to waste waiting for them to be completed. The service advisor could use some help understanding how to keep customers in the loop. I do appreciate that he comped the oil change but honestly my time is worth more than that. Also, I noted with my appointment request, at check in, and via text that I was in the waiting room yet the service advisor was under the impression that I was not waiting.
William is a outstanding service person and give excellent service today as alway.
I can't say enough good things about the service I receive from Brad Dix. He listen to the problems I have with my vehicle and takes immediate action. I have been more than satisfied working through him and your Honda service center. AAA rating.
