Jeremy Holtzclaw was a excellent Service Assistant when i arrived at 7am in the morning , However once my car was awaiting service the wait was extremely unexpected & has been like that in the past. Anything after two hours of waiting for “minor” service is questionable and unreasonable.
The broken part was in stock. Vehicle repaired in
a couple of hours without an appointment.
