Daniel was excellent as always. Did not solve the issue with the noise we continue to hear. Service mechanic seems to think maybe it’s the age of the car. Which doesn’t make since to me. Because I try to keep the car taken care of. I guess local dealers aren’t equipped or have the precision to diagnose sounds. But it wasn’t a waste of the day. I got a previously none issue taken care of, which were the front and back brakes, Daniel gave me updates on the remainder of the items I need to take care of. I still have faith in Hendrick Honda of Concord

Shacoya is super fantastically wonderful. She is a part of an amazing team at Honda cars of Concord which is a Hendrick dealership. I have great relationships with this dealership and the dealership in South Boulevard they are all good. But I really really like the people in Honda of Concord. The service department from the top down, starting with Larry Burrowes is wonderful. They do a great job and they have a very high standard for excellence. They love people and they were very professional and courteous. They are always accommodating to the customer, especially a repeat Honda buyer like myself. But this survey is about Shacoya. She is exceptional. She is a very good person which makes her a very good employee. She is very ethical and very knowledgeable.

I felt that David didn't value me as the loyal repeat customer that I am. He should have been more transparent and less condescending. Proper customer service and treatment can make or break an establishment. 1 dissatisfied person can reach 10 people where the 1 satisfied person may reach 1.
The only thing I would tell Honda is that it’s very confusing when you drive in and are sitting in your car you really don’t know what to do. Most of the service Advisor that are sitting behind their desks on their computers and they really don’t need knowledge your presence however today Will Did an awesome job getting me right over to begin the process. He was informative on how to use my key fob! It’s nice for someone to educate you with out making you feel inadequate!

Mr. Isaac is helpful. However, i am displeased because I got a tire checked out that has a slow leak and told nothing was wrong with it. I have safeguarded tire and wheel protection to get a replacement. My tire is flat again after being told nothing is wrong with it. I am not happy.
