My service advisor Bert Lumpkin (Honda of concord ,NC) did an awesome job of taking care of me and met all my needs . He took the time to explain everything and walked me through a couple problems my car had .

William was very attentive and caring in regards to my concerns and the situation with my vehicle however I’m extremely disappointed and upset that the mechanics working on my vehicle did not catch a week prior that my car was in need of further service and potentially would be unsafe. Also, William did all he could to help with the new diagnose price but I felt like no one other him cared that I’ve invested over $700 already to Honda. The manager did not address me either which would have made me feel like a appreciated long term customer. However I’m not sure that I would return depending on what may transpire with my next car service.
