My visit today was excellent. The Service manager who took care of me was Shacoya Richardson. She was very pleasant and welcoming. She also gave me an estimate of cost and and the time it will take to service my car. Her estimation in both accounts was very accurate. Engaging in a conversation with her was very easy and effortless.
Mr. Powell is the best with Honda customer service. I've never had service as good as I've had with him. He deserves a raise and promotion.

It was good overall. But my representative was trying to suggest me to change my transmission fluid which I had just changed about a year ago at Smart Honda in Des Moines, Iowa. He clearly didn't know what he was talking about because my transmission fluid was just fine. One recommendation is to get detailed status of the vehicle before suggesting unnecessary services. But my oil change went pretty fine and the complimentary car wash was very nice. Thanks
