I was told my car was ready. Everyone saw me standing there waiting for Larry on front of his booth and yet no one approached me knowing that he wasn’t ther after 15 min waiting someone approached and say “ hi buddy you been waiting a long time there huh?” Condescending asf.thats just terrible customer service

Jessica is fantastic to work with! I initially went in for a recall airbag replacement on my 2011 Honda Accord. There were additional repairs needed and when Jessica called to let me know initially I said go ahead. Then my husband and I talked about it for another minute and I called back and said stop, it’s time for an upgrade. I ended the day with a new HRV. The following day I stared having an issue with the seat belt on the drivers side. Since I still had her number I called Jessica. She got me right in, got it fixed, and my seatbelt is fixed.

Appreciated the calls regarding service progress; appreciated the service check up on vehicle & no pressure to have maintenance done that day; Jeremy took extra time to show me how to remove attenae from car so as not to get tangled in car wash (my concern) Love my Honda! Would recommend this dealship.
