I had an appointment at 2:40 p.m.and it took two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Thats rediculus. That service should have taken 40 minutes max. If you would stop trying to sell service work to every customer that comes in the door you would probably not be so far off schedule. It would be helpful if you had a service bay or two for oil changes and tire rotations only.
