It has been a while since I have been to Honda of Concord and was thrilled when I saw Jessica’s name as a tech when making my appointment. She has and is a joy to work with and I trust her opinion when she tells me that certain things need to be serviced on my Pilot. She takes the time to explain what is going on and the need to have it resolved. No offense to any of the other service advisors, but I only like working with Jessica. When she became a manager a couple years back and was no longer an advisor, I quit coming. My records will show for that. ???? Thank your for simply being you, Jessica!! You are awesome!!!

Told Toni exactly What I was looking for and what I was expecting to get and he did Meet my expectations!!! My accord hybrid tire was needing air every couple days. No appointment with Honda but I know that I needed this problem taken care of.
