I just want to make a comment. Please have your service advisors address customers who pull in with their vehicle; when they get out at least have someone ACKNOWLEDGE THE CUSTOMER. I Pulled up with all service advisors not acknowledging me or just letting me know that someone will be with me until Cureal Arrington, he came from the inside and acknowledged me and assisted me. I understand maybe those service advisors may be busy doing something on the pc but there was no client in front of them when I showed up. Or one person said anything to me to let me know that someone was going to be with me. It was actually rude to let people drive in get out of the car and we are standing there waiting on someone to address us.

Burt Lumpkin was exceptional. Very courteous. Protected my interests when the warranty company triedunjustly to deny to pay for repairs for something spark plugs which are not due to be changed until 100000 miles. Burt followed up with me and kept me informed. Very friendly gentleman
