David Itoop is exceptional: extremely helpful, knowledge, courteous and friendly. I have made all my service appointments through Mr. Itoop for years and he is unfailingly excellent.
My key is not working. I called the service center today. This is very inconvenient.

I was driving home and the splash guard under my car came off. The mechanic that did the oil change did not put it on properly. I’m currently stuck on the side of the road because I can’t get under the car to put it back on and I shouldn’t have to. I was on my way to put a bid on a house I’m looking to buy and now I can’t. It’s all over a stupid guard. This negligence is costing me my evening, and potentially a home. I’m very unsatisfied with this service.
