On Monday 3/25 I took my car to get it serviced for an oil change @9am and my car wasn’t ready until 7pm for a simple oil change. My car also needed a new tire, but the oil change took 10 hours so they didn’t have time to replace my tire or plug my tire. If an oil change is going to take all day then I need to reconsider going to get my car serviced here and cancelling my service plan.
Bradley was quick and courteous during the check in process. He updated me with completion time and let me know when the vehicle was ready. Great communication overall.
My service was supposed to take 45 mins - 1 hour. I ended up waiting for an hour and 45 mins before I could get my vehicle. Since it was so late I couldn’t use my free car wash as well. I also asked the service department to look at an issue with my wipers and they said they fixed it. But after I got my vwchicle I saw the same issue that was there before. It was never fixed. The representative jazmin was very courteous.
Jeremy is always so helpful and honest. That is rare these days.
Issac went above and beyond for us. he followed up with us and made sure that we got the service we needed. 5 star service.

Thank you for superior service! I was at the mall down the street from the service center and my car would not start. Will, one of the service guys, did not hesitate to come rescue me and my family from a frustrating experience by jumping me off and later testing my car to make sure I would keep rolling. It was a little less than expected. The ride to Concord Mills was amazing. I appreciate that service. Brad was engaged with me in conversation about life stuff while working my paperwork. He was informative and thorough. I had a fantabulous day!
