Labor prices seem extremely high but if that’s the rate I understand. Dissatisfied because I was told a $35 discount for being a UNCC student over the phone but the invoice only had $15 taken off and my service advisor was out to lunch when I came in to pay and pick up. Which I do appreciate but was promised $35.

Working with Isaac is always a pleasure! He keeps us informed and helps in any way possible. Definitely an example of true customer service. He texts with updates and always answers questions in a timely manner. As long as Isaac is there, will continue to come to Honda for our car needs.

Brad has been great! I am not happy with my preowned Honda, the second one I have purchased from this very dealership. Way too many problems in the first year. Again, not Brad's fault , he has been helpful in scheduling and communicating.

Spent 2 hours having my satellite radio “re-installed” on a 6 month new vehicle because it stopped working. Nice to be under warranty but no mention of an apology for selling me a vehicle that has failed so early and wasting my time. To top it off not even a free car wash as the wash was out of order. Great way to spend a Saturday.
