Curreal was wonderful. What was not wonderful was having to return to the service center immediately due to tissues and something else getting sucked into my blower during my oil change.
Curreal cleaned out as much as he could and then got the service department to finish the job.

I had a scheduled appointment at 10 a.m. for an oil change and it took one and a half hours to complete the service. While I was waiting I received a text message with a car wash code when I went to get my car washed the car wash bays were blocked due to some type of Maintenance or Construction.

No one could tell me where I can find information on what service is needed at what mileage interval since you no longer provide with manual. Also, everytime I call someone verifies my phone number and I tell them the one listed (not ****-****-xxxx) is incorrect and never been my number. Everytime I'm told they will correct it and everytime my paperwork is incorrect. This has been ongoing since 8/2017.
The check in process was smooth and Issac is always extremely helpful and informative when I come in to have my vehicle serviced.
