I had a GREAT service manager (Cureal Arrington) that kept me updated/informed on everything going on... this definitely will become my new Honda home

I was absolutely happy with Honda Concord and your team and would highly recommend for any service. William was beyond helpful and friendly. I just moved to Concord from Greensboro and will be definitely bringing my CRV back to you guys for any repairs etc etc. Honda Concord and William deserve 10 +

A different person called our name when our car was ready. He didn’t offer any comment about our car at all- he just handed me the papers at the door. He said”your car is on the hill”. It was raining and I didn’t see it at first-lots of grey cars/then saw it way thru the parking lot up on the hill. I’m 69 years old-I guess I expected him to at least ask me if I needed help getting my car in the rain. I guess I also expected a “Thank you Mrs. ****” I guess Honda doesn’t care if I want to ever buy another car from them. Shame on you.
I enjoyed my service at your location. Rode the mall shuttle and had so much fun! The driver is awesome.
My car was done on time and Brad was kind and knowledgeable.
