I am a long time customer with multiple vehicles serviced at Goudy. During this visit I mentioned I received an email coupon for the oil change and I also put the coupon code in the online appointment notes. I mistakenly deleted the email. But I was not given the discount on the oil change. The representative was not able to assist with this issue.
