Andy kept me informed throughout the entire process and provided excellent communication from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me updated while waiting for Honda’s response, and went above and beyond by helping submit a goodwill assistance request on my behalf. Thanks to his effort and professionalism, Honda approved the request, saving me a significant amount on the repair. He made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. I truly appreciate his kindness, honesty, and outstanding customer service.
