Neil was awesome! I originally came in just to get my A/C fixed, and he was very honest and let me know that my car also had an open recall that I wasn’t even aware of. He took care of everything, and both the recall repair and my A/C were fixed the very same day. The whole process was smooth, and I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Neil, for going above and beyond!
