The service personnel were helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the process. However, the repair took longer than I expected. I dropped off my Honda on Saturday and did not receive my vehicle back until Tuesday, June 23rd. I understand that some repairs require extra time, but the overall wait was longer than anticipated.
I believe the dealership could improve the experience by hiring additional mechanics or increasing service department staffing to help reduce repair delays and improve turnaround times.
Another area that needs improvement is rental vehicle availability. When I needed a rental on Saturday and again on Monday, none were available. Having more rental vehicles available for customers would make a big difference, especially when repairs take multiple days.
Overall, the service experience was satisfactory. The staff provided good customer service, but the longer repair time and lack of rental availability affected the experience. I would rate the service a B- grade and hope the dealership can improve efficiency and customer support in the future.
