Employees quicker to charge than to actually fix the mechanical problem with my vehicle. Employee is quick to call me 3-5 times while I’m at work trying to charge me 2500+ dollars to take my engine apart and is even quicker to just leave me in the dark and not give me any update on my car. 8 days they had my car and that was the only time the employee called, when he wanted to charge me 2500+ to take my vehicles engine apart. Total bill was 4350 & I don’t even complete 24 hours with my car and guess what? My vehicle lights back up like a Christmas tree with the same misfire issues. Just wasting my time & im extremely disappointed and frustrated by this.

David David is a customer service advisor that completely understands and treats his customers as priority number one. The guy has never failed in providing service and customer satisfaction every single time. He has served and serviced my car as a wrap ever since I bought this car. I would not change him for any other service advisor kudos to him and his team.
