Thank you. Both Daniel Tieu and Josh Pineda (technician) are very professional. Both answered many of my concerns. Daniel kept me in the loop all day while they were working on my car. I could not pick up my car the same day so I told him I would pick up my car on Saturday. He told me he would leave the key for his partner to help me out. His Partner ( forgot his name) was super nice and courteous. Josh saw me as I was waiting for my car. He came by and briefly thanked me for using their services. Wow.
Andy was an excellent service representative. He was helpful, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything about my car service. My service was one day after we purchased the car from Goudy a year ago. I was disappointed that Goudy did not honor the free oil change and maintenance. I now have a less favorable impression of Goudy Honda.

Chi was friendly and efficient, an asset to the company. But I wasn’t convinced as to why the mechanic undertook a wheel alignment before replacing the tie rod ends which we ordered. Surely brand new tie rod fronts will adjust the toe angle slightly and hence will affect the alignment!
