I am very disappointed that you stopped offering Lift or Uber service for your customers. You advertise everywhere about your services which is good, but you must consider that your customers will be coming from different parts of the County of Los Angeles and they need to get back home.
It is a very big inconvenience. Or, reimburse your customers Uber or Lift expenses.
The repair seems fine but there is an inordinate amount of noise and vibration. I waited a few days to see if things settle down. They haven't. It's a bit depressing considering the amount of money I spent on having the "dealer" fix it. The car ran much quieter and smoother prior. Will Goudy address this?
