Everything went well. I waited in the lounge as my car was serviced. Ivan texted me updates on my cars service inspection. We were able to easily address needed repairs. I got to read the newspaper in the lounge & enjoy a cold drink on what was a very warm day outside! ???? Thanks!

Daniel is very professional, we've never had an issue, he is very helpful and most importantly very upfront and honest. He is always available, very responsive when we are concerned about our vehicle. He is always punctual and communicates when he says he will. Overall by far the best representative/service advisor. We keep coming back because we trust him.
