I liked Ricardo and Erica. However, I would have liked daily stats on my truck since it was there for more than a week. The reason I went to you guys was your rates were reasonable. When calling around for quotes, I was told that it was $180 per hour and it would be 2 1/2 hours to fix. When I went to pick up the truck and got my bill, Ricardo said your rates weren’t $180/hr, they were $195/hr. However the labor on the bill is $799. That is well over the 2 1/2 hours quoted. Did it take more than 2 1/2 hours to fix? If so, why, and why wasn’t this known when I called and was quoted 2 1/2 hours. It’s not clear how many hours it took and what the hourly rate is on the bill. How is that even 195/hour? I was mislead and felt like I was stuck with a huge bill because I had to tow the truck to you. It was suggested to me to go to Selman rather than your shop, but I decided to give you a chance anyway. Between lack of regular communication and the overall cost, this was just a very disappointing experience.

My service advisor, Rick, quickly diagnosed the problem with my 2019 Blazer RS and arranged for a loaner vehicle. When the repairs were completed Rick promptly notified me to pick up my Blazer. I appreciate the professionalism and friendly service I received from Guaranty Chevrolet!

My experience was very good. Even though the appointment ran a not some snags during the service call I was kept in the loop at all times. In fact while the shop was under staffed at the time they managed to squeeze in a curriculum wash for the car as well. Not expected on my end but was pleasantly suprised when I found out. Great place and great people to get your car serviced.
