I am quite upset about the service fees charged for today's visit. I was called in for the missed maintenance on my leased vehicle. If any service required payment, I should have been informed. The paperwork at the time of drop off showed $0 as my cost, then I was billed $240 at the time of pick up. So upset I had to pay up.

Experience was fine just they forgot to patch my tire. I have a plug and wanted it patched but when I check the plug was still there and no charge for patch was on the bill.
